This can be very personal work as we all have different strengths and weaknesses.  Paramount will work with you to identify areas that are holding you back and make positive change to improve upon them.

Individual Coaching

Designed to meet the needs of leaders at all levels, Paramount’s customized coaching program delivers coaching services exactly when needed. With a specific focus on building leadership capabilities, overcoming business obstacles, dealing with conflict, enhancing communication strategies and generating improved performance and effectiveness, our coaching services span both personal and professional development.

What to expect:

  • A kickoff conversation with the client, their manager and HR Partner and additional group conversations.
  • Leadership self-discovery debrief using a 360 assessment (possibly instruments such as MBTI, or DiSC)
  • Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions in person or via Zoom.
  • A personal leadership development plan
  • Access for questions, progress shares and feedback
  • Regular On-site and/or Virtual Shadowing
  • End of engagement re-assessment

Team/Group Coaching

Team and group interactions are built on trust. Do you trust your co-workers to do what they say they’re going to do? Do you trust your team leaders to foster an environment of cooperation where hard work is rewarded, and excellence celebrated? At Paramount, we work with teams of all sizes to find and build on the areas that will allow you to work effectively and have the comfort to candidly challenge each other in order to reach peak effectiveness.

What to expect:

  • A kickoff conversation with the team leadership and the HR Partner along with additional group conversations with the goal being determining where we want to go
  • Team self-discovery with individuals and the team as a whole (possibly using an instrument such as MBTI, DISC, 5 Habits of a Successful Team, or 360 assessments)
  • A team development plan
  • Group coaching on an agreed upon cadence, with the ability for some individual coaching
  • Unlimited access for questions, progress shares and feedback.
  • Regular On-site and/or Virtual Shadowing
  • End of engagement re-assessment
